Covixyl Return, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy
At Covixyl, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please take note of our return, refund, and cancellation policy as outlined below.
Return and Replacement Policy:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please email our customer service team at hello@covixyl.com immediately for a replacement. We will cover shipping costs for any replacements issued.
Eligibility for Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations:
- Direct Purchases Only: Only orders placed directly on our website, covixyl.com, are eligible for our Return and Cancellation Policy. We do not have visibility into purchases made at retail locations, including but not limited to Target or Kroger. Any items purchased at these locations must be returned in accordance with the respective retail location's return policy. For any issues regarding these purchases, you must contact the retail location directly.
- Proof of Purchase Required: A valid proof of purchase is mandatory for all return, refund, or cancellation requests. Please include your order number and the email address used during your purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects.
Initiating a Refund Request:
To initiate a refund request, contact our customer service team at hello@covixyl.com. Your request must include the following:
- Order number
- Email address used for the order
- Reason for the refund request
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving and validating your request.
Order Cancellation and Changes:
- No Changes Post-Submission: Once an order has been submitted, it cannot be altered or updated.
- Address Modification: Please note, address information cannot be amended once the order has been processed and a tracking number assigned.
- Cancellation Requests: Should you wish to cancel your order, email info@covixyl.com at your earliest convenience with your order number. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, provided that your order has not been fulfilled and assigned a tracking number.
To request an order cancellation, please include the following in your email:
- Subject line: "CANCEL ORDER ######"
- Email address associated with your order
- Reason for the cancellation request
Shipping and Delivery Considerations:
As a small business, we rely on the United States Postal Service for shipping. Delivery date estimates are approximate, and we cannot issue refunds for packages that arrive later than the expected delivery date. We recommend placing your order with an allowance of up to 10 days for shipping. All orders ship from our fulfillment center located in Wisconsin. While most areas can expect delivery within 5 days, please allow for a shipping timeframe of 3-10 days.
